The location.
Silly thing really. Went to take a shower only to discover the bath dispenser was empty. The next night while washing my hair, the shampoo and conditioner were empty as well. Lesson learned, check before getting in the shower! Also they supplied two towels only. Would have liked an extra one to have on hand.

I did like mostly everything, the staff at the reception was wonderful, the accommodation was also great, we did enjoy the views at 8th Floor which I would recommended, even for myself next time...
Obviously because of the reparation or renovation at the Rotterdam. Fountain in front at the hotel, it's very difficult to access the hotel, which we had to walk living our car far away from the hotel, until they explained to us how to get there using the right streets to get there.
This was the only issue.
Further we did enjoy everything.
Thanks to all the workers even the cleaning staff too, which for me they deserve it the most of the effort en efficiency, for they hardworking.

I had a good experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and ready to help. They offered specific help with a rebooking to an earlier date since we arrive a day earlier. That was exceptional. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which made a great impression.
The room was nice, modern, and comfortable. The bed was good, and everything,-from the bathroom to the furniture, was well maintained and clean. Housekeeping did a great job.
The hotel itself had a great atmosphere, with nice facilities.
Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a great experience.
Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was let down by poor service in the bar. We visited the bar twice during our stay, and on both occasions we were not served at all. Despite waiting for a considerable amount of time, no staff came to take our order or even acknowledge us.
In the end, we had to get up ourselves and arrange our drinks, which is not what you expect from a hotel of this standard.
Hopefully this is something the hotel can improve, as it detracts from what could otherwise be a good experience.

The location is perfect very close to the station
The staff and the restaurant are very good
The rooms are quite big
Room service people very helpful
Minibar was empty for almost 300€/night I would expect something more
One elevator was not working, was endless waiting time
A bit old fashioned Hilton
Rather than Minibar you need to buy snacks like a lower class hotel
