Aufenthalt war gut. Unterkunft stimmte diesmal das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis überhaupt nicht.

Lage ist sehr gut, deshalb waren wir ja auch zum wiederholten Male in den Urban Residences. Betten waren ok.

Sauberkeit , Geruch und Zustand von teilen der Möbel war nicht gut. Es gibt keinen verfügbaren Technischen Service. Passt nicht zum Preis.

公寓宽敞明亮，厨房设施齐全，分离式卫生间。停车库在公寓同一栋楼，停车安全方便。在商业中心区域。到拱廊市场和方块楼走路10分钟。

公寓只配了4颗胶囊咖啡，我们2人住3晚，明显不够。向服务台申领，但需要另行购买，感觉有点小家子气。公寓有69套房但洗衣房就2台洗衣机和2台烘干机，洗衣机卫生状况一般。

View from the 14 floor, prime location, spacious rooms, very well equipped kitchen.

It was solid for the purpose and can't beat convenience/location

The location and view - loved the penthouse!

The frequency of the cleaning too few - should have communicated. The property showing a little age and not as clean as I would have thought based on the pictures. TV went out - needs refresh. Did not warn us about Carnival based on our day of arrival - could not get taxi from train station and had to lug bags and two kids through a zoo!

Very good location, plenty of space, fantastic view, friendly staff.

Interior is quite worn and the appartment wasn't cleaned very well.

The location is very strategic

Staff service need improvement. In the last day of staying we asked late check out, the staff then asking my room number and name, he told me that there is no name in the system in that room number. After checking again then he can find it. We were given late check out up till 11:30, only 30 minutes. However at 11, the other staff already knocking our door….up to 3 times, like every 5 minutes, which off course disturbing our packing activities. We check out at 11:30 sharp, but very inconvenient because the staff knocking and rushing us.

Overall my stay was not as great due to a lot of factors and don’t think the property is worth the price u pay

property has no AC it was extremely hot. they offered two fans 😬 very noisy at night if u keep windows open 😬 you have to request for housekeeping everytime housekeeping available until 12pm only. location is good lots of shops nearby. not worth the money at all .

A Home in Rotterdam

This was a great apartment, and the location was perfect! It was nice to have a balcony that we opened to let the fresh air into the apartment. It was a simple white, open concept studio apartment and very comfortable. It felt very urban and modern. When we return to Rotterdam, we hope to stay at this place again. The front desk was nice and welcoming! A great place to enjoy a view of Rotterdam!!!!

Despite the unpleasant incident, the rooms were clean and tidy. The elevators, however, were slow. The hotel is located

The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, an old staff member barged into our room in the middle of the night, accusing us of making noise when the entire city was celebrating and making noise on the streets.

Spacious, fully furnished room. Good service. No/Bad Wifi

Room is very spacious, clean, modern and fully furnished. Service staff is very helpful. Nice balcony that overlooks the city area. Central location.

WIFI connection is almost non existent. Had piping issue with our room toilet resulting in bad smell (but I'm sure this can be fixed)
