Very nice hotel and right across the street from the cruise port! The breakfast was really good! It was affordable and in a nice area. It had a nice European style food court next to it, that had a variety of restaurants vendors.

Loved this hotel great view of the Erasmus bridge . So close to the cruise port . Air conditioned. Beautiful interior friendly staff

Room was very clean and comfortable, nice view on the skyline and cruise ship terminal, location is quite convenient - very close to metro and just 30 mins walk from main attractions in the center. Food hall/market is a great bonus and addition to the hotel.
The mattress was too soft and I couldn't sleep well. Also, it was a bit noisy on the street so you can't keep the window open for the night. The carpet in the corridor is fairly stained.

The hall entry reception and location were nice and easy.
The room was not cozy and comfortable and dark. I was told it was an upgrade but the bathroom was really not convenient.
