Great quality hotel, with parking below and a lovely, relaxing feel. Excellent facilities in the bedroom with a great shower. Breakfast was great and some of the best bread we’ve had in a hotel!
Slightly further out from the centre although there is public transport very close if needed and the walk to the Markthal area is easy

The room was very clean, tidy and spacious.
The hotel staff very friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself is hard to locate, because its a monumental building, there is no signage and quite tricky.
The room only had shower gel, no lotion or conditioner.
The breakfast could be better, pastries are not fresh.

We did the check-in more than 1 hour later because the room was not ready on time. The system was also not working.
Room service was very poor: they didn’t refill tissues or coffee, didn’t clean the cutlery, there was no bag in the toilet bin, and they didn’t provide shampoo, body lotion, dental kit, etc. The lighting in the room was quite bad, and one of the lamps was even slightly broken.
I attached some pictures to prove that, but it only allowed me to upload 4 photos.
Definitely not worth the price we paid. Completely overpriced.
