'Demi', a young lady at the reception desk was extremely nice and helpful, she made our stay worthwhile. A special 'thank you' to you, Demi! the breakfast buffet was excellent, nice spacing in the room. As we came for the North Sea Jazz festival we appreciated enormously the soul jazz band playing downstairs in the basement.
the only thing is the pricing just over the weekend of the NSJF. the rates are extremely high and people (hotel guests) were discussing exactly that ... all in all great hotel but costly ...

The location and view was very nice and things that people in the U.S. take for granted (like an ice machine and a tub) were such nice treats for us.
We had no complaints about the Haven Hotel. We can recommend it to others.

The location is good and the staff tried to be helpful.
It’s a Hilton. Although it billed itself as a 5 star, it most definitely is not. Also, hotel food offerings were limited.
