The amount of lounge chairs- but the chairs that were more inland - it would be nice if they had umbrellas
The pizza at the pool- it was not horrible but it was very doughy. Did not like. Other than that the pool service, food from ceviche ría and drinks were good.

The service were EXCEPTIONAL!! Great customer services, top-notch, and actively working to address any concerns!! However, at Dinner time, please, I would advise you to make a reservation that’s the best way to actually have a great meal. Breakfast was good, same menu don’t expect any changes(but many varieties!) However, the price didn’t reflect the meal on menu in my opinion!!
The facilities has some restaurants that wasn’t open on certain days, and the lunch menu were a struggle. Breakfast and dinner I couldn’t complain but lunch were a game changer for some reason!!

I liked that it was spacious and great views
The staff at reception, one lift not working at all, poor quality food at the Mo’s, ice cream machine not working for 4 days in a row, drinking from worn down plastic glasses at the pool
