Due to refurbishment the noise from residents was loud therfore lack of sleep

The hotel staff were very good and the bed was very comfortable for me
The hotel room looked a little tired but I was told that a major revamp was under way and a friend's room that had been done looked excellent

Food for all meals was good and well priced. Breakfast was included and they were happy to change the menu to accommodate our needs.
Staff were really helpful and friendly. Always there if we needed something.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Good shower and nice shampoo and soaps.
The room was newly refurbished but there were no instructions how to use the facilities - the lighted mirror (lots of time spent trying to turn it off, we found the isolation switch to the bathroom fan. There is very limited space to hang and dry 4 towels.
No EV charging point on site
We felt that it was over priced given the renovation work going on around us
