Comfortable, if small, rooms. Spacious with range of communal rooms
Gardens lovely and outdoor pool and spa clean.
Nowhere to dry swimsuits; heated towel rail not working. Shower poor water power. No lift and no gym.

It felt very like being at home and very relaxing. It was busy but not overcrowded. Guests and staff were very friendly.
We didn’t like the stairs to our room as we were in the Attic! Our room was lovely though! Very cosy, beds very comfortable and bathroom a good size.

Location in Shanklin good. Excellent hotel facilities. Pools etc. Fresh milk in room fridge for tea. Food v good in restaurant

Noisy room (23) - people and pipes - expensive for what it was, room could have been cleaner and no complimentary bottles of water provided
