Easy parking. Very friendly staff.
Very good breakfast.
Furnishings were a little tired. Quite a way from the main part of Shanklin needing a car to travel to restaurants.
Central car park was only 2pounds after 18.00

Lovely old Victorian property in a nice quiet area, it was so peaceful. Sea view from our room as well in the garden.
Staff were really helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Good space in the room, friendly staff, good location, breakfast worked well
Hotel was very tired, needs a face lift, not just decorating but better maintenance inside and the pool. Could also have been cleaner, cobwebs in the room, found food scraps under the bed. There was also a lot of noise from the other room above us which woke us up and kept us awake, sounds travels very easily in the old rooms.
