Clean and modern
Francie and John were very friendly and welcoming and helped us with all we needed
The breakfast was really good
The location was great with lovely sea views and close to some great places to eat

We had such a wonderful stay, and John and Francie were the best hosts we’ve ever had! They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the beachfront, with just a road separating the property from the beach. There’s also a bus stop right in front, which makes it very convenient if you want to explore other parts of the Isle of Wight. There are restaurants nearby as well, so everything you need is within easy reach.
The place itself was spotlessly clean, tidy, and comfortable. And the breakfast was amazing! I think it was probably the largest portion of an English breakfast I’ve ever had, and it was delicious. 😋
One of the things we appreciated most was that John and Francie kindly allowed us to check in early because our room was already available. This gave us extra time to settle in and start exploring Shanklin straight away, which was such a lovely touch.
We also loved the sofas at the front of the property, where we could simply sit, relax, and enjoy the beautiful beach view.
We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Shanklin or the Isle of Wight. We would happily stay here again! ❤️

John and Fracie are perfect hosts. Location, breakfast, cleanliness, facilities, local knowledge all really good and the little dog, Pepsi is lovely
