The location is perfect for walking to the sea front or walking into town.It is spotlessly clean with a great bar area and a nice sized garden at the front with an amazing view of the sea.Our room was clean,spacious and comfortable.The breakfast was top notch catering for specific dietary requirements.And last but not least Brendan & Deborah were very warm and friendly with nothing being too much trouble.

Breakfasts were excellent. Bar area was very good and friendly with really good service. Out side grass area very good for seating.

Breakfast was excellent, choice of cereals followed by hot breakfast options of bacon, eggs, mushrooms etc together with toast. Tea, coffee etc available. Would have liked some fresh fruit like berries etc but there was apples, bananas.
Maybe a bit more room around the tables in the dining room.

Breakfast was OK. Food not locally sourced. If not early to breakfast, food was tired as it was a buffet.
Charged for tea on arrival (£4). No coat hangers, biscuits weren't replaced after first day. Very old furniture, mirror blackened. Dust on dressing table. TV far too small for room. No cushions for comfort. Room very bland. Garden needs attention.
