Its peaceful setting. The cleanliness of guest house was excellent. A good choice for breakfast on the menu with the waitress staff friendly and very helpful.

Beautifully located guesthouse. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the excellent breakfast with various hot options. The fridge in the room was a bonus.
Walking to both Ambleside and Rydal is along the main road, it would have been nice to have easier access to the back roads.
