Small annex away from main hotel. It was quiet and the views and gardens were great. Breakfast was good.

Resturant tended to be crowded and busy in the evening. Booking essential even during the week.

We were not aware the room was in a different building which we had to cross the street but having a baby was not the ideal place. Also, charging extra for a travel cot is outrageous.

Location was lust. View from pub over the lake was amazing. Room was OK.

Sunday lunch was crap. Gravy like warm water. Portions very small. Staff never asked if food was OK or how our stay at been. When I was getting drinks and paying with my card notice on the screen if I wanted to tip or not for what getting me some drinks nothing else at the point. Was not happy about room been across the road. Bathroom smell of drugs when air con was on. Parking was crap. Should have one way into it and a different way out. Not enough spaces.
