Great location, friendly staff, amazing views, comfortable rooms
Right next to the road at ground level got a bit noisy with traffic. Double glazing might help.
Was there mid summer, no Aircon made it a bit uncomfortable temp wise.

The stuff we’re very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and the area was very clean. They made us very welcome and they were welcoming to my dog as well. We were able to eat within the restaurant
In the non carpeted areas with my dog.

Not a lot
Separate area for dogs in dining area. Breakfast to be hotter.the website should tell you that there is no lift and there was no veryoffer to help with luggage when on the top floor.
