The location is spectacular as it's right on the edge of the lake. Breakfast is buffet style and is excellent with a lot of choices and the quality of the food is fantastic. Our room was a good size with en-suite and with a great view of the lake.
The wardrobe was small in the room we were in. We have stayed a few times and the wardrobe spaces in other rooms have been better but the view from the window made up for that. The only thing we didn't like were the amount of stairs to get to our room. We both suffer with knee pain and the stairs were steep. Previously we have stayed on ground floor so will definitely ask for that the next time.

Our room was lovely and spacious. Clean, large bathroom and comfortable. Although the window from the bathroom opened out to the noisy road and people walking by.
The location is excellent by the lake.
Breakfast was good. Nicely cooked.
The restaurant was awful and very disappointing.
It was noisy and chairs constantly being moved across the floor.
Not recommended.

Good. Selection was varied
Small childs portion we preferred after arrival could be better. Should be identified as small portion for adults and of better quality.(fish & chips)

Parking. Breakfasts
Room was tired. Knob off wardrobe door. Tiles loose under sink. Trap missing from sink.
Room was on the front street light & traffic noise annoying.
Could do with moving toast machine from walkway, people waiting for their toast to drop.
Limited vegetarian menu.
Cold with all the doors open.
