Lovely peaceful location. Character property very tastefully modernised. Our room was large and modern, though the bathroom needs updating. Fantastic views of the surrounding countryside from the outside bar and eating area. The restaurant is incredibly tastefully designed and the food excellent. Easy free parking is a bonus.
A smile from the staff would have been a bonus.

The location overlooking the landscape and the gardens were beautiful. The staff was exceptional.
I thought we were staying in an historic building but the bedrooms were all in a new attached wing. This was disappointing, not the parador experience we had had elsewhere. But as a hotel it was very nice, but pricey by Spanish standards.

Good location, lovely historic building and quiet surroundings. Lovely view from the room and comfortable beds. Good breakfast.
Dinner was the worst experienced in Spain. Cold, tasteless, meat tough, fish contained lots of small bones. Very disappointing as half board was not cheap and this was a special stay for us. Security lights dazzling in the room and positioned to overlook the bed. No interest or apology on check out, check-in staff were lovely.
