Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Even with four children in-tow, we were given a very warm welcome. The breakfast and lunch we enjoyed at the hotel were probably the nicest of our holiday. Convenient location for train into Bilbao. Safe off-street parking. A lovely end to our holiday before heading to the ferry the following day.

Dinner was very good. Staff was very attentive and provided recommendations on local fare.
Access by road is highly limited due to the road being a one-way away from the hotel. Had to look around for a "back road" to get to the hotel. Breakfast is a set menu and unfortunately we didn't know that (one of us has severe food allergies) so we ended up paying for an expensive breakfast only one of us could enjoy.
