Great location right next to Plaza Nueva. Room was clean and comfortable and there is a friendly bar downstairs for a light breakfast.

Clean room however very minimal - only one chair for twin bed room, bathroom had no hooks for clothing or towels. Only one low rail. No tissue box or slippers etc

The staff was very welcoming and allowed early check in for my son who was traveling separately from me. Its a great location for old town Bilbao and we even witnessed some Easter processions right outside the hotel.

Our room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. This proved to be a good location as a base from which to explore Bilbao.
