Very friendly and welcoming staff, and the reception area (shared with another hotel down the street) was very pleasant. Extremely clean room. Very central location for exploring the old town, comfortable walk to the Guggenheim.
Our room was not particularly spacious, and our window looked onto the interior courtyard, so it didn’t get a ton of light. It probably would have been worth paying to upgrade to one of the nicer rooms. That said, it was totally functional, clean, and well-located. A good place to stay in Bilbao.

Receptionist at the book in hotel was efficient and friendly
2 large wardrobes, 5 hangars in total
No kettle available, therefore unable to make a hot drink
No reception in the actual hotel, had to go to another hotel to check in
VERY overpriced considering lack of facilities
