I went during Festival week. The hotel is located just outside the old town. This meant it was a relatively short walk into the where the festivities were taking place. This meant I had the benefit of it being close, without the noise of being in the centre of things (a more prestigious hotel warned me that music would be going until 7am and they would provide ear plugs)
Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable and so were the pillows. Bed also on wheels so moved around a lot. Otherwise nothing bad to report.

Location. Edge of old town and close to tram stop.
Good air conditioning and clean bathroom.Hotel parking although limited number and first come, first served.
Very helpful reception staff.
No complaints, perfect for our purpose.
Good breakfast but no bar or restaurant.
