Location is perfect. Hotel staff were excellent and helpful. Very clean. Will definitely stay there again.
The property is an old building with creaky floors so there’s a bit of noise transfer from people walking about.

Location, friendly staff and large shower! The elevators were in working order and the room was spacious. Loved having a mini-bar; very convenient. The bed was comfortable too. Oh, and the towels were fluffier than any other hotel I stayed anywhere in Spain.
A few more personal care items would have been a nice touch.

the location is amazing so close to the centre with restaurants at every turn and shops.
you can walk along the river to the Guggenheim and take in the scenery.
our room was comfortable and had air-conditioning which was needed. would stay there again.

The room was comfortable enough if a little tired, in need of an upgrade for the amount charged; adequate breakfast but some more hot options for vegetarians would have been nice, but a nice section overall with good coffee.
