This is a really nice hotel. It’s modern, clean and located quite central, however close neighborhood is not so charming. We loved our room. We were upgraded to a bigger room. Toilet and shower are separate and we found it comfy. Our room was spacious, clean, looked new and modern. There is a kettle in the room so you can make hot beverages. We were given also a complementary chocolate. Lady at the reception was nice. We are pleased and want to come back to Bilbao and this hotel very soon.
Nothing really. Perhaps we could have a better view from our window as we had one to another building and we saw someone’s room in their apartment

Was very quiet although it was a festival time in Bilbao 😅
We had everything we need, super friendly staff, awesome breakfasts (maybe a little overpriced)
It is a bit on a hill so if u have a large backpack, take the road into account
Although there is no fridge in the room, u can ask the staff to store some things in the kitchen’s fridge

The room was super clean and the shower water pressure was very comfortable.
The location of the hotel isn’t the most central and safe if you’re a solo female traveler. The rooms were very noisy in that you can hear and feel other rooms shutting doors. The room I stayed in was quite small, probably just enough room to move around for one person. I was quite sick the second day I was there yet the cleaning staff insisted on coming in to take a painting and reception called me to ask for the same without really telling me a reason (seems like he couldn’t explain in English). While they didn’t come in at the end, this interruption was a bit offputting especially without an apology or explanation after.
