La habitaciĂłn está correcta. Tiene baño propio y aire acondicionado, que con el calor que hacĂa nos fue de maravilla. Me gustĂł que fuera una playa baja sin escaleras, muy práctico para las maletas.
Pese a que todo estaba correcto, el lavamanos del baño estaba roto y cortaba como una cuchilla de afeitar. En un lugar asĂ deberĂan tener un mantenimiento más completo.

very easy communication, clean room, frequent change of towels and sheets. Also, the refrigerator in the room was an excellent convenience.

The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. And even tho it is not in the centre of Bilbao, it is very well located and just a few minutes walk to the centre.
It didn’t have enough cutlery in the kitchen - there’s no plates for soup for example. One of the days we stayed there there was SO MUCH noise at 7am from the cleaning team in the common area it woke us up. And actually only on one of the three days we spent there was the front door that leads to the street actually closed and only accessible by code. The other days it was completely open for anyone who wanted to enter. Not okay

La ducha estaba bien .
Que no nos explicaron cĂłmo acceder a la habitaciĂłn , no nos enviaron cĂłdigo hasta que no preguntamos , no nos explicaron donde estaba el parking ni que plaza era hasta que volvimos a contactar , y la habitaciĂłn olĂa a tabaco
