Easy to get to Conwy.
Good parking
Good food. Lovely big room and large comfortable bed.
Big bathroom excellent shower.
Carpets very stained, paint work on window needs attention.

Breakfast was excellent as was the meal we had the previous evening in the vine covered conservatory. Staff very welcoming. Would absolutely recommend the Greos to friends and family.

The location lovely view from the room very quiet. Clean lovely staff and the food was excellent and plenty of it. Will definitely be back.

The Mountain View rooms were worth paying a little more for.
The bedroom was beautifully decorated.
Bathroom needs an immediate upgrade.
There was a fair amount of black mould, cracked tiles and shower curtain was of the cheapest plastic quality!
