Good location and an innovative approach (online check-in, virtual keys, etc.), everything worked smoothly. The bed was comfortable
The room was small and dark, with poor ventilation. As a result, towels did not dry properly, and it was a bit uncomfortable that the room service was only provided every three days. The air felt stale, and the overall price seemed relatively high for the conditions

Large room with small balcony, very clean. Air con was brilliant as very hot in Zurich. Easy to reach hotel on the no 10 tram from the railway station. Stops right outside the hotel.
Nice bathroom and great shower.
Big comfortable bed, fridge and kettle. We loved our stay at Fred’s ❤️
Pillows.. not great! And remember there are 3 Fred hotels in Zurich we went to the wrong one first. But staff member was really helpful. Don’t walk it from station if you have luggage as it’s a steep incline and a huge amount steps!!

The room was well appointed-nice bathroom, the self-check-in was straight forward.
The bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable from North American standards, the mini fridge did not work our entire stay (and it was a reason we booked this hotel!), and I received a scam Whatsapp message prior to checking in from "Christine Schmidt"(Google it-a well known scam) with our hotel stay dates as well as an scam email after our stay about our upcoming stay-be aware!
