The hotel met and even exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and helpful. They took the time to answer our questions, provide valuable advice about places to visit and public transportation in Zurich, and offer thoughtful recommendations that made our trip even more memorable.
The room was clean, comfortable, and inviting, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the location was excellent for our needs. The warm hospitality, professional service, and welcoming atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about their guests and went out of their way to ensure everyone had a wonderful experience.
We left the hotel extremely satisfied, would not hesitate to stay here again, and wholeheartedly recommend it!
There was absolutely nothing we disliked. Everything was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff is extremely warm and welcoming. They helped us beyond expectations. The hospitality is impeccable. Location of the property is super convenient, right next to a tram station. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are quite comfortable.

The room was well appointed-nice bathroom, the self-check-in was straight forward.
The bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable from North American standards, the mini fridge did not work our entire stay (and it was a reason we booked this hotel!), and I received a scam Whatsapp message prior to checking in from "Christine Schmidt"(Google it-a well known scam) with our hotel stay dates as well as an scam email after our stay about our upcoming stay-be aware!
