The hotel is completely renovated, the Staff is very kind Leilya, Sofia, Magdalena, the Indian guy, and the manager Sabine are very good professionals and make everything the client to be contented. The room are spacious, the breakfast is extraordinary and bathroom are completely new, the air-conditioner and the Internet is strong. There are two elevators, Billa and spar supermarkets on both of sides that are adjacent to the hotel and there is close to the hotel. In the fist floor there is the famous old cafeteria, pastry shop and restaurant called Oberlaa. The same one could find also in the Central railway station.

Our 3rd visit in recent years. Always good and clean. Staff helpful and resolve any issues promptly. Useful kitchenette for small self catering. Good location for visiting Grinzing, Kahlenberg and typical taverns yet easy access to Vienna center by tram or metro.
Room furnishing and fixed layout upgraded since last visit 2 years ago and probably good for business use but we found the arrangement less comfortable than before.

breakfast was ok, but don't be late or it'll be gone. The staff did a great job on busy days.
the room could use an actual desk, the ultra modern "desk-ette" was a bit small
