Staff very attentive and helpful. Very good facilities. Excellent food and drinks. Location is perfect - approx 5 mins from the airport yet you don’t feel it when you are there. Room comfortable, perfect size for a solo traveller. Lots of outdoor seating/lounging available. Very reasonable price for the quality of hospitality that you receive.
Unfortunately my room hadn’t been cleaned properly and there was a small area under the wardrobe area where there was dead bugs and cobwebs which appeared to show it hadn’t been cleaned properly in that part of the room for some time - this was promptly dealt with when I told staff. There were cobwebs in other parts of the room showing again a neglect on the cleaning side and a neglect for the finer details of cleaning. Small amounts of mould in the shower and a dent in the wall behind the door shows the small could probably do with a small refurbishment however still a comfortable room nonetheless. The floor of the indoor pool also looked dirty when I went to use making me reluctant to actually use it.

It has a calm vibe to it that I love. Also the rooms are well equipped and beautiful and clean. I also loved that the buffet had gluten free options.
The restaurant was closed the two days we stayed there and the menu at the bar didn’t work for me.
