This stay was amazing. I really liked this hotel. Everyrhing was impeccable. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the vibe in the lobby was amazing. I would book it again.
I really appreciate the hotel employee Paul. He helped us with the check in, was so friendly and nice and a professional at the same time. One of the best experience in Berlin.
It took us a very long time to place an order from the bar. We waited a lot for someone to come and take our order.

Very comfortable, modern hotel. Friendly atmosphere. Good sized room with huge bed!
Excellent shower and bathroom.
Breakfast is excellent, but a little expensive perhaps at €22

The hotel staff working within the bar and kitchen were nice and polite.
Hotel room was not cleaned properly at all! With stained bed sheets, which I reported to reception. House keeping would only clean the floor and replace towels and wipe down the bathroom sink. Bed sheets were not replaced, despite housekeeping coming daily to the rooms. Tables within the hotel room weren’t cleaned for the entirety of my stay! Hygiene needs to approve.
