The room was spacious and comfortable. The lifts were extremely efficient and it took no time at all to reach your room or reception. There was a great selection of different foods available for breakfast, all of which was very tasty - the mango juice in particular was delicious.
There is a tram stop right outside the hotel which meant that it was sometimes a little nosy in the room, but it really wasn't too bad and the closeness of the public transport was very convenient.

Staff were super friendly (reception and bar)
Tea/coffee etc wasn't replenished so ran out after one day. Cups were tiny so had to make two cups!

The girl on the reception was very rude, didn’t try to answer and assist properly. Price on the booking was different with the charge at the hotel. Tried to ask why she said just don’t know and nothing else. If it wasn’t late night check in I will not suggest. No teapot, coffee, tea in room. Price was cosmic
