Holiday in Zermatt

Great location. The hotel is in a central location near shops and restaurants. Location 4-5 minutes from Täsch train station. Clean hotel, friendly and professional staff. Nice breakfast. Free shuttle

Taxis will not waste time transporting you from Täsch to Unique Post since it’s a short walking distance. Limited shuttle service. Not a great view of the Matterhorn from this location. Broken Bar (Nightclub)can be noisy at night depending on room location.

Perfect hotel for a stay in Zermatt. Will be back!!

I loved that the property was centrally located, had excellent food and drink options, and a lot of vibrant activity. felt rooms were very well maintained and clean. beds quite comfortable. we were greeted with a glass of bubbles. an absolutely wonderful welcome.

would have loved if there was a gym for my husband but we were able to do plenty of activity outdoors to make up for this

Lots of places to go without having to take off your slippers - bars, restaurants and even a club

The mentioned club could be heard until 3 AM even though we were at 3rd floor Spa is not bad but could be more spacious

I would not stay in the noisy room again

I loved the design of the room, the spa was great, the staff was amazing and breakfast was great. really liked the bars

we stayed at room 301 and we couldn’t sleep at all. it was facing the street and another bar and people were loud and partying until 5 am. so basically we were up all nights. It was not quite at all.

Highly recommended hotel.

Stylish, upmarket property in the hub of Zermatt. Lots of entertainment spaces within the hotel, including a spa area. Quality of the food and service was excellent.

Modern rustic design room, very chic, Bar at the lobby and live music, Prime location on bahnhofstrasse, 300m from zermatt station

*Room not so big. *The lady reception seems not helpful and NOT friendly at all. I did ask her to check with the house-keeping, if the house keeping kept my left over cellphone charger. First, after she called the house keeping she told me to wait for 10 minute. 10 minutes passed, I asked her the result? Without asking/checking with the house keeping for the second time, first she said the house keeping were not available at the moment. However, I asked for the result once again, she asked me to return the next morning to check with the house keeper, which was impossible as I was leaving Zermatt. As i insisted her to check again, she then called the house keeping for the second time, and soon the house keeper came at the lobby bringing the charger.

Great location, great decor, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, great value for money.

I would have rated this hotel 10, if it weren’t for the noise in the room at night. Travelling with two kids, we were staying on third floor and yet the noise from the clubs below kept on waking us up until the morning. When booking, I recommend asking for a room that’s not above the main street.

The hotel is at the heart of Zermatt. Stuff was amazing, rooms clean and neat. Highly recommend restaurant at the facility of the hotel. We spent great time.

Twins beds were a little bit small for tall people :)

Location is great, staff are friendly, room was good size, and most things worked quite well.

Internet was intermittent the whole stay, even after complaining about it on the first day. Room got very hot at night. (this is more out of their control, however some sort of ventilation or small window that could open would have been great.
