Amazing modern design - in every detail, very good location directly above Bahnhofstrasse, very nice staff
Sauna: Both Saunas 80 degrees and 50 % humidity- an unhealthy combination- no cold plunge

This is a lovely place to stay with lovely service, accommodations, views, and amenities. We had a corner suite with (non-Matterhorn) mountain views. The suite was well-appointed, quiet, and quite large with 2 bathrooms and a very large living/dining area. The beds were heavenly. There were several other little extras like treats when we arrived, turndown service with chocolates, etc. The included breakfast buffet was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor hottub as well. The porter drove us to/from the train station, easily accommodating our delayed arrival (due to the French train strike). Note: the arrival tunnel is fun to go through!
