Stunning location. Easy access with bus. Lots of extra amenities to make your stay extra comfortable. Food buffet choice and quality was amazing and loads to choose from. Daily housekeeping.

On my birthday there was cake and a bottle of cava in the room.

We loved the tranquil, location & chilled vibe of the hotel. It was very clean, the staff were great & the food was lovely. Cheap drinks.
Easy access to the beach, shop & restaurants.
The pools needed a bit of a clean around the edges but other than that, it was great!

Breakfast was good & staff was very nice & accommodating.
Nice interior of the rooms and the hotel itself.
Could have informed us about construction work prior to booking.
No working a/c + the fan in the room did not work (nor was it fixed) and they were still heating, we always slept with the door to the balcony open.
The say that you can pre book your exact hotel room yet charge you for fit if you want to, but not mention it earlier.
Cleaning staff needs to up their game in the rooms by a big margin.
One coffee machine at breakfast spills out brown water as hot water for tea - should be looked at I guess and the coffee volume is not calibrated i.e a cappuccino e.g. always overflows. The other machine (outside) works.
There is not really cold water coming from the tap in the room, but the hot water is extremely hot, almost boiling.
It was not allowed to take water from the dispenser in the main entrance because it’s for check-in only, I thought this was a joke, give the price you pay for a room.
Seems like the staff is a little overworked due to it still being renovated.
