Exceptionally clean, housekeeping staff worked non stop to keep the exterior areas sparkling.
Roberto on reception was very welcoming and very helpful.
Manuel the Manager of the restaurant was always cheerful and welcoming.

The hotel is centrally located in Alcudia, lots of restaurants, bars and bus stop nearby. The beach is only 5 minute walk away, Port 20 minute walk or bus only takes 5 minutes, fabulous place to stay. Heated pool with outdoor jacuzzi, light background music playing. The buffet breakfast amazing, had large selection, lastly the staff cannot do enough for you, so friendly always smiling glass of cava on arrival nice touch. Will be returning, really lovely hotel.
The rooms had 2 single beds pushed together but not uncommon in hotels abroad.

Staff were very friendly. Our room was just next to the pool. Breakfast was delicious, especially the omlette and the tall young chef who made it had a lovely smile 😃
The noise from rooms along side and above us, very early in the morning.

Facilities were nice
Bath soap and amenities, there was just 1 soap for all and it was not really good.
