Everything so tidy, the scent around the hotel is so pleasant, if you arrive early to your checkin time or need to leave later than your checkout they offer showers in a spotless environment - staff so helpful and polite - swimming pool respectful guests no noise (a miracle during August holidays in Spain) fresh towels always, play areas, live music so classy with no headache - close to buses stop - in front there is a supermarket very tidy/organised with fair prices - breakfast I can’t recommend enough everything so fresh since the bread to the fruits and all food, staff again and managers so helpful and polite. Beds mattress top notch quality (I am fussy with beds and normally can’t sleep easy anywhere) - lifts works so quick don’t need to wait ages to come or queues waiting - the hotel offers more than any 4 stars could do, I’m so impressed and I will definitely be back and recommend mouth to mouth to my people.

Stayed as a family, 2 adults and a teenager. Had a one bedroom apartment overlooking the pool and it was perfect.
The apartments are spacious with plenty of storage with in built cupboards.
The bathroom is spacious and has a lovely powerful rainfall shower.
The balcony again is spacious and has entry points from the living room and the bedroom.
There are comfortable chairs (4) and a table and a drying rack for clothes in the corner.
We found the beds in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room were fine and comfortable.
Outside the pool was big enough and plenty of sun beds. Some days busier than others.
The outside area and the inside of the hotel are kept very clean by the hardworking staff. They are a credit to the hotel....thank you.
The restaurant was buffet style and we stayed on a half board basis. Food at breakfast and dinner was fresh and plenty to choose from.
You can help yourself to water and soft drinks on the half board basis from the self service machines but pay for any other drinks you may wish to have.
Jose is a perfect gentleman and makes sure everything runs smoothly in the restaurant. Thank you.
We stayed 26/8 to 4/9 and by the 2nd September it started to get less busy.
Entertainment provided during the day and in the evening.
Location wise, again perfect for the buses in both directions. They run like clockwork. The airport bus also stops 2 mins walk away.
Literally across the road is a supermarket (express) and has everything. A bigger supermarket (LIDL) is a very short walk away.
Positive experience and enjoyable holiday.
Some sunbeds could do with replacing and it would be beneficial to have more of the drinks tables provided to have next to the sunbeds.
There are not enough to go around at the moment.
I would also suggest that if a guest stays more than 7 nights then the safe fee is waived as a gesture of gratitude.
The charge as of August 2026 is 15 Euro for a week then 2.50 per day thereafter.
I would also suggest some USB charging points in the reception area which would benefit guests on departure day.

A major decline compared with our stay last year. This is a 3-star hotel at best, certainly not 4-star. Our 9-day stay in July-August 2026 was very unpleasant.
* Very poor restaurant service. Food was frequently not refilled, even with guests queuing. Some jams remained empty for several days. See photo taken at 9:15 a.m.: long queue, empty egg and other food trays, while the cook was not refilling them. This happened repeatedly.
* Misleading drinks package. At check-in we paid extra for drinks "included at the restaurant", but at lunch the restaurant refused to serve them, saying they were only included at breakfast and dinner. This limitation had not been explained when we paid. Reception refused to refund us.
* Poor bar service. Customers could not serve themselves from the beer/wine taps, yet staff were often absent. When they came, some appeared visibly annoyed to serve. We also saw a staff member refuse a second drink to a child wearing an all-inclusive bracelet.
* Extremely poor sound insulation. We regularly heard the guests above us during the night, making sleep difficult.
* Strong sewage/toilet-like smell around the swimming pool, making the outside area unpleasant.
* Wi-Fi was very poor and often impossible to use.
* Poor weekend housekeeping. Cleaners appeared to wait until around 2:30 p.m., when guests returned for a nap. They saw us enter our room from the end of the corridor, then knocked about 10 minutes later. It gave the clear impression that this timing helped them avoid cleaning occupied rooms.
Compared with last year, the deterioration is obvious. Poor service, bad soundproofing, unreliable Wi-Fi, unpleasant smells and disappointing housekeeping. I strongly recommend choosing another hotel.
