The location, the facilities and the staff
The terrace was dusty and hasn’t been clean before our arrival. It has been done only when I asked for it.

Great location , lots for kids , very clean -
Rooms not big enough for family of 4
Food at Sports bar not very good ordered a chicken burger and Club sandwich - was inedible
Most staff very pleasant a couple of staff at buffet restaraunt very rude

All the resort was great for us and our 3 years old kid. Very clean, very well organised and great shows every evening.
The food part of the all inclusive pack was generally good, but rather an 7/10.

Amazing hotel! We had the best 7 days: ultra clean, delicious food, party for the kids, kind a welcoming staff, always there for us. The location is perfect for families: 50 minutes drive from Palma, away from noise and nightlife, and there is a really nice beach 3 minutes walk from the hotel.
