Lovely hotel in a quiet area, 15 min walk to the beach and harbour

Staff were lovely, the views out to sea were great and the pools were amazing. We went in July and it was 30 degrees plus everyday, the pools were perfect to cool off in. What was nice was the 3 pools so separate area for toddlers and kids. Also had a life guard which was impressive. At no stage did we struggle to get some sun beds, always some free. The hotel is in a quiet residential area so felt very clean and safe. 10 min walk to the left of the hotel was a small beach and restaurant which were quiet and lovey. 15/18 min walk to the right was Alcudia beach and all the restaurants there. We would walk to Alcudia beach, in the afternoon and if it was super hot we’d get a taxi back to the hotel. There is a taxi rank near Alcudia beach (by Small supermarket) and a taxi cost 7 euros. There is also an amazing restaurant 2 min walk (Anacanada 35) which is worth a visit. Overall it was a great hotel.

The decor was a little tired and didn’t look like the pictures. Also the food was average. Breakfast was very good, the lunch was average. Glad we didn’t have the dinners as walked past one evening and the buffet didn’t look great. Also the gym was very tired.

Wifi dis not work, terrible breakfast (just sweet and no healthy food), the gym was not as told. Just a room with some manuals and all the machines dere out of order!

Beautiful views of mountains and ocean, nice breakfast, great facilities, pools, gym etc.Very clean and spacious.

Breakfast only starts 8h30, tight parking if you have a SUV type vehicle, some distance from centre.

Our happy place!

Love the rooms, love the loction, love the staff. Love the peace and quiet and the views. Its never too busy, there is always room around the pools. For us it's like our second home. See you next time!

Staff was very kind and helpful ( reception+ restaurant staff) Really great view from our balcony Close to port of Alcudia and close to great restaurants like La Terraza , Golf Club restaurant & Alacanada 35.

The breakfast is good but is the same everyday. They could add some more vegetables (fresh cucumber,tomatos)

to sum up my stay , perfect in every way , nice people , very clean , and very roomy.

very good value, breakfast was plentiful and area all nice and clean. the accommodation was very big kitchen high end finish nice to have two separate bedrooms upstairs and bathroom. lots of kitchen equipment for a comfortable stay.

parking outside the accommodation a little tight but no big problem.

Very nice personal. Spacious and big apartment with sea view. Equipped with everything you need. Great view. Nice location.

The Free WIFI almost did not work. On request, we got free premium WIFI which worked perfectly.

We absolutely liked the place! The apartment was very spacious, very nice view from the balcony, the kitchen very well equipped. For sure it's mainly for the travellers with the car, but as we had one the position of the residence was perfect for us to visit Alcudia, Polenca and other areas around. Very welcoming and helpful staff!

Wonderful trip. We love the hotel and Majorca!

Excellent with that price. We got a full apartment that feels like home.

Very nice if you want to get away from it all

The Apartment was nice and air con in all the rooms

The free Wi-Fi is very slow it has been turned down but you have a option to pay for fast Wi-Fi something I have not come across in years what a joke

Superb

Loved the two balconies with sea view. you have a parking space just before the entrance door to your apartment. Very well equipped kitchen. There is a washing machine. Very good communication with the reception desk. Located in a residential area, about 20min walk to the marina where there are lots of restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable. Nice towels. We liked that the apartment has two floors but this might be tricky for small kids or people who have troubles walking the stairs.

Some of the furniture is quite run down. horrible free wifi.

Good address if you look for a home in Your vacation

Welcome Reception Javier, welcomed us with a bright smile and vacation feeling started from there. All information well prepared. Next day welcome réception Fabrizio helped us with a whole map recommendation of which way to drive and état spots to see as we had only few days. We were there in December so no Restaurant open and everything quite. That's what we were looking for. At breakfast the most sweet Person Karem, she knew us by first name, always helpful and even remembered that we were leaving next day and didn't saying that she'll off and wished us safe trip back. So for the staff ist already worth booking. The house ist very clean. Smells good. We arrived Wednesday and Monday was an in-between cleaning. The Kirchen ist complete(watercattle, Freezer, fridge, microwave, washingmaschine. Really à good Standard and great view. We loved it.

Very comfortable apartment with a beautiful view. Kitchen have good equipment, beds are big and view from the terrasse it's amazing. Parking is under your apartment, it's very convinient. Personnel was very help and kind - special regards to Alvaro from friends from Poland :)

Nice place we come here every year

The mid week cleaning was very good in September compared to June , big improvement The resort was very quiet , we slept very well The pool is very clean Good and silent aircon

Some items are missing in the kitchen Parking places are too small The living room chairs are destroyed , the plastic cover is peeling
