I loved the design and all the carefully crafted details including visual, treatment space and spa. Everything is in good conditions, clean and looking nice.

I am a very fussy person. I could not find anything to complain about really! The room was large and spacious. Clothes lines in bathroom was great. Bidet was great. View of sea was great. Smoking area was great. Infity pool was great m. It was just great!❤️❤️❤️❤️
I would point out that there was something off with the female receptionists, not sure if it’s a language barrier or they were just too direct, no real smile or l greeting when I needed to get advice, offputting fir me and other guests. The amazing thing, guests from all over the world ad wi make many friends, another bonus for me as usually reserved and shy.
SOA facilities are best in the world that I’ve been to absolutely loved it and free eith the room booking ❤️

The FOOD is excellent, the breakfast was worth setting my alarm to attend, incredible!
The pool and bar!restaurant girls were real diamonds, they bounce off each other understanding the English language and make a busy job look easy- thank you this is so important, what I eat and drink and you catered for all guest needs ❤️❤️❤️
Location the ROTTOTOM REGGAE FESTIVAL 15 minute walk to festival bus or 5 minute to bus stop then change to festivsl bus. I have had the best time at Palasiet and can’t wait to return.
Reception staff need more training in customer care and being ‘approachable’ The elder gentlemen was brilliant I miss him he is like my father, warm and caring. Coming in from festival at 2/3/4/5/6 am they were there to make me feel safe. Then I realise there is a card entry system that opens the gates pure paradise ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💛💚
