La atención!! Todos los empleados super amables, te dejan usar las instalaciones antes de tener la habitación y después, súper atentos en todo momento. La habitación muy cómoda y todo de 10
Quizás la piscina pequeña, y que creí por las fotos que había reservado una habitación con bañera y la nos dieron no tenía

Beautiful hotel - clean rooms, nice rooftop/pool area. Excellent location near the beach and many places to eat/drink. Easy to get to from the airport.
A 4 star hotel located at the beach needs to have a system for towels to use at the beach. We were more than happy to pay a deposit but were simply told no, so had to go out and buy towels.

Update: Nach meiner ursprünglichen Bewertung hat sich das Hotel nochmals ausführlich bei mir gemeldet und meine Kritik sehr ernst genommen. Mein Geld wurde inzwischen ebenfalls zurückerstattet.
Positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass das Hotel die angesprochenen Punkte – insbesondere die fehlende Kommunikation und das mangelnde Follow-up – nicht mit der Neueröffnung entschuldigt hat, sondern Verantwortung übernommen hat und die internen Abläufe verbessern möchte.
Meine ursprüngliche Bewertung entsprach meiner tatsächlichen Erfahrung. Die professionelle und ausführliche Reaktion des Hotels im Nachhinein möchte ich jedoch ausdrücklich positiv erwähnen.
Die Kommunikation nach meiner Kritik war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Auf meine E-Mails wurde nicht reagiert; erst nach meiner negativen Bewertung erhielt ich eine Rückmeldung. Immerhin hat das Hotel nun reagiert und sich die Zeit genommen, auf meine Kritik einzugehen.
