The staff were so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions even before we arrived. The hotel was lovely, relaxing, clean and comfortably place to stay, and the location was perfect, right next to the beach and a short ride to the city center. The breakfast was outstanding, one of the best I have had at a hotel.
Unfortunately the only bad thing about staying at this hotel was something outside the control of the hotel: The very loud music coming from the Beach Club lasting until 3:30am. I used the supplied ear plugs plus had to take Melatonin in order to sleep.

The room was quite nice, the shower is not really good and its leaking the water in the bathroom, so even for a quick shower you will find bathroom almost flooded with water.
The behavior at reception was absolutely unacceptable. The receptionist was rude and visibly shocked when she saw we’re from Serbia, which came across as discriminatory and made the whole check-in uncomfortable. On top of that, she went out of her way to point out that she’s from Argentina — completely irrelevant and unprofessional. This is not the kind of welcome anyone expects in Spain.
Breakfast service was just as bad: long waiting times, chaotic and unorganized staff, and they couldn’t even take an order properly. The food selection is ridiculously limited for the price you pay per night — basically everything is eggs, avocado, or eggs with avocado. Not worth it.
Housekeeping was also below any reasonable standard. They cleaned the room but didn’t refill basic toiletries. Over 3 nights / 4 days we didn’t receive a single new conditioner, soap, cotton pads, nothing. This is basic hotel service, and it shouldn’t have to be requested.
And to top it off: no slippers in the room. For a €150 per night stay, that’s honestly ridiculous.
Overall, this stay was far below expectations and definitely not worth the money.
