I LOVED the breakfast. The variety and quality was amazing! The staff was helpful and kind and kept everything clean and organized. I enjoyed all of the food offered each morning.

The location and it was a lovely quiet atmosphere at the hotel, it's very clean , helpful staff , breakfast was fantastic! Beach on your doorstep ,pool view is worth the extra

The pool was excellent, poolside and rooftop bars were great. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning was valuable! The food at the restaurant was also excellent and we enjoyed the breakfasts.
The attitude of the staff was bipolar. Some (receptionists, and lifeguard) were extremely helpful and delightful. Some, (evening restaurant host especially, but also at breakfast) were plain rude, and definitely did not want us to be there. Booking us a table was very hard (apparently), and when my daughter (aged 20) and her friend (aged 19) turned up to breakfast on our final day, when explaining that we (the parents) would be paying but were not yet at breakfast - they genuinely felt threatened. The pressure to produce a credit card at the table was poor as we were guests. (We, the parents arrived 5minutes later..) Also the car park ticket system doesn't work very well if you want to come and go... but that was a small thing.
