Pools. Room is new and daily serviced. Close to Ciutadella.
Breakfast is very wide but no quality. Staff are inconsistent- some good some really dont care.

Felt like a small hotel even though quite big. Great heated pool. Comfy beds, good air con, really good breakfast. Super friendly, caring staff (so lovely to my parents and baby niece). Nice kids club without being too heavily kiddy. Good location for exploring nearby beaches.
Not much! The wine by the glass from the bar wasn’t that nice.

1. Pleasant walking grounds and plenty of sun-beds . Pool cafe was nice and the surrounding area was pretty but rocky coves .. not too sandy .
2. Picco restaurant was good for pizza but pre -book.
3. Never got a place at the Grill restaurant on site - looked good but you have to pre book.
4. Old town is pleasant to explore in the eve . Great ice cream place . Lots of places to eat in eve by the marina .
5. Room was ok and so was housekeeping but had to ask them to come back and clean properly as they rush each room .
6. You can catch a bus nearby to old town ( about 10 mins walk to bust stop ) buses arrive full so have to stand up
1. Fridge was faulty and I most likely got food poisoning from storing food in it . Fail . Was unwell for 2 days . So be careful !! .
2. Management didn’t seem bothered about fixing the fridge or taking the matter seriously .
3.WiFi did not work throughout the stay .. was intermittent or not working - and any again management wasn’t bothered .
4. Breakfast and dinner at 30 euro was pricey if you did not have pre-included .
5. There aren’t nearby cafes only a few fancy restaurants . There is a mini supermarket opposite which was handy . No other shops otherwise .
6 You need a car to get to nice beaches as it was mostly just a rocky cost line around the hotel with a little sandy cove area - but pretty area to walk around .
7. Taxis need about 30 mins to call and arrive , also very difficult to find and flag down a taxi on way back when out and about like from the old town .
