The hotel was only a 10 minute walk from the centre of York. Our room wasn't in the main hotel, it was an annex in the car park, which wasn't ideal as we couldn't have the window or curtains open without people looking in.
The breakfast was nice.

This was a last minute booking and the owner’s communication was clear and prompt. I had a very comfortable room and breakfast was absolutely delightful.

There was no hot water at 21:30hrs. We had to wait until the morning to shower
