Excellent location, kind and helpful staff.

The room was huge, very nice and big bathroom.
The Spa (Sauna and tiny Pool are small and) shouldn't cost extra.
The breakfast was good, but the dinner was poor (you can find something to eat, yet it's not the expected level from a 4* Hotel).

Dvorak Spa & Wellness Was ok. Some of the staff were very nice. And some of the staff did not appear to be happy in their jobs! This was true of the staff that worked during breakfast. The reception staff personal were ok. My massage was disappointing. The person that did my back massage used a towel to avoid touching my skin. She was all obsessed with massaging my scalp. This was strange since I requested a back massage. I also requested twin beds and was not given twin beds. Hope your stay is what you want!

location was very central and pleasant.
Room temperature controller/Thermostat did not function, and it was reported twice to the front desk. They told us to close windows and it would work...it did not, and we were forced to open the windows at night just to get some relief.
Additionally, the advertised music in the bar did not happen 2 out of 3 nights advertised.
