The staff was phenomenal! The front desk, the restaurant and wellness teams are all top tier…when I come back, it will be because of them and the amazing job they did💪
At Check-In, I wasn’t given an opportunity to drop my baggage off at the reception area. Then, I had to walk a solid 150 meters up stairs with my bags to get to check in. In my room, there was no air conditioning or even a fan, it’s the middle of August…I think a fan is a small ask. Lastly, the handle to my room wasn’t working well…I had to do some mcgyver moves to get in the room each time…I let the front desk know on my first day, but nothing was done to address it. For $200+ per night, I would expect much more…the weekend prior, I stayed at a Crowne Plaza for about the same price with all the amenities I could dream of.

Good location, one of the most distinctive buildings in town, good swimming pool and sauna.
The gym is very well equipped for a hotel.
The resturant had live music for dinner (but not sure this is always the case).
This place really deserves a better management.
The staff is overall so so: from a good experience at the restaurant (dinner) to a bad one at the pool.
The breakfast is a mess with all things mixed up and a quality below expectations, 2 out of 3 coffee machines were broken without even a sign (so every person was trying to make coffee...), the tables stayed dirty for long, all the staff seemed to be a bit upset.
All the buildings are connected by underground tunnels, and to reach the pool from the main building is a labirint and you have to walk for about 200 metres (assuming you dont get lost).
The pillows were absolutely terrible, which basically destroyed my sleep and my weekend with it (quite typical in the Czech Republic, but these were worse than average). The double bed is made by 2 small mattresses (absolute standard in the Czech Republic, but I will repeat it forever).
