We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ontario in Karlovy Vary. Our room (actually 2 rooms) on the 4th floor was incredibly spacious, almost like a small apartment, and the views over Karlovy Vary were absolutely beautiful.
The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast was good —a great selection and plenty of delicious options. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, close to the center and the famous Mill Colonnade, while still being in a quieter spot.
The parking was another big plus. Having private parking right next to the hotel is extremely convenient, especially in Karlovy Vary where parking can be challenging.
The only thing I would recommend improving is the arrival situation. When you first arrive in an unfamiliar city, it would be very helpful to have one parking space kept open near the reception for arriving guests. The street is quite narrow, so it can be a little inconvenient and stressful to stop there while trying to figure out where to park and check in.

The staff were very helpful. Our car broke down and we needed help with arranging transportation. Both reception girls were so helpful making arrangements. Also, our room afforded us a great view of the river and town below. Really enjoyed staying there.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a very nice view over the opposite hill and part of the town. It was very clean.
There was some smell of the food that was prepared for breakfast early in the morning in the hall ways.
