Olga is very knowledgeable, she advised nice excursions and she always was ready to help.
Medical procedures could be organized better- sometimes we had to wait for 15-20 minutes for one procedure.

The location is quite good – not directly in the city centre, but still reasonably close. The centre can be reached quite easily.
Parking costs an additional EUR 20 per day, but this information is not clearly visible during the Booking.com reservation process.
We specifically requested two separate beds and received confirmation from the hotel, but the room was prepared with one double bed.
Breakfast was very poor, and the shower/bathroom felt very outdated.
We expected a much better standard and attention to detail.
