The location was really great, right in the centre of town. The reception was very helpful, although I wouldn’t say that the hotel speaks English as advertised.
There aren’t any spa facilities, but apparently there are massages offered, although you cannot arrange these after 4pm, they only have minimal hours.
Parking was advertised, but as most places in Karlovy vary, this is incorrect. They only have very few parking spaces and these cannot be booked or guaranteed.
There was parking close by, and at least somewhere to temporarily park to unload the car.
The rooms are very basic and the bed not so comfortable. But I booked about 10 minutes before arriving so it worked out ok.
