Location was amazing.
No air conditioning, staying here in summer was harsh. We have 2 little kids 4 and under.

Beautiful location, good meals. Spa was nice
It’s actually two separate locations. Was a bit tricky to find. We were in one building so we had to walk quite a way to the other for meals. One of our party was in wheelchair so it was a bit of a chore.

A wonderful hotel in Karlovy Vary. The hotel itself, reception service, and breakfast were all excellent. The reception, pool, and sauna are located in the main building, about a 5-minute walk from our room.
We stayed in a separate building and had a spacious suite with two rooms, two bathrooms, a small balcony, and a beautiful view of the colonnade. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
We had a great stay and enjoyed our time here.
Nothing to say!

The location was good if you come by foot. The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular but ok. Out of 4 people with whom we had interraction only Jakub was excellent. He was polite, knowledgable and customer oriented.
As there is no reception on site (Art Deco Wolker), you need to go to the other building (Astoria main) located 300 meters away.
There is no parking any close to the hotel - so if you park nearby (temporarily) you may still get a fine (seen it).
Breakfast, swimming pool is all in the main hotel
The staff (except Jakub) was not well informed or did not share all information (how to get the discount tickets to Saunia)
The room was far too hot
The room was not clean although I asked for it - the lady suggested to hang the green tag on the knob...but there was no green tag in the room.
Many small things which makes you wonder why they dont work?
