During the stay we had an unpleasant incident. One of our group had a medical emergency at night. We were so impressed and forever grateful to the personnel who dealt with the situation quickly and professionally. Called the Ambulance and stayed with us until they arrived. We felt being in good hands.
We did not like that many male guests ignore the rule of using the sheets for wrapping up the bodies in the Spa sauna. They stay nude in the sauna and this is quite disturbing for some of the guests who follow the rules.

It was ok, with short walk to the city center. Breakfast tasty.
Swimming pool quite small. Breakfast room quite crowdy, and there was a queue near coffee machine.

Not satisfied. In mu opinion does not cost the money.
I’ ve got dirty room, smb drank coffee and left the dirty cup (it was not washed). Inside cupboard also dirty. I did not say anything, because came just for a weekend and did not want to spend time arguing. But not good impression.
Yes, everyone speaks different languages, but not nice ladies if you do not speak Czech. If you want to go to swimming pool around 20 - staff from balneo reception where you can take a towel - just not there and you cannot have the towel. And on paper you can enter till 21.
Definitely not quiet if you want to sleep: bad sound isolation. I was also “lucky”, got the room near some “office” room for staff ladies. And they starting screaming in the hall and speak with each other at 7am in very loud voices.
When me and my friend were sitting in the lobby at the sofa, woman brought us a menu and asked about our order. I told her, that we do not want anything right now. She quite aggressively explained that this is a lobby bar - if we want just sit, go to another place near the exit. Well ok, but it was not like a lime with people who wants to sit, all places were free. And we are staying in this hotel, can we just sit for 15 min without ordering smth? Not friendly staff as i said.
