Perfect location - if you do not mind to climb a little bit, but most of the city is built on hills. The room and especially the bathroom was really spacious and stylish, much better experience than a simple hotel room.
Just for nitpicking: a smart TV (youtube etc) would have been great for the rainy day. Also, we could park our car without problem - but I think if the hotel had been full, we'd been in trouble.

The stay and the hotel were really good. Staff was very friendly. We arrived a bit late but we were met without any issues and given the key to our room. The room was prepared, really clean and equipped with everything we needed. Unfortunately I did not try the restaurant but there is a bunch of places to eat down the street. I personally recommend to visit in the morning the small cafe Raposa near the parking garage where you will have to park your car (Parkovací dům Libušina, Parkování Karlovy Vary - Centrum - better to book a place in advance (check the website) and come to the staff upon arrival to have your ticket extended and place reserved). If you like burgers - check the Mama’s Burger Karlovy Vary. Only 30 minutes walk =)
What you defenitely should know - the hotel is located only 5 minutes walk from the St Mary Magdalene's Church but uphill, so if you are travelling with handicapped person or "not that fit" to walk up the hill, maybe it would not be a good choice. Otherwise - strongly recommend.
Hotel does not have it's own parking, and located in the old city with limited entry/exit on car, so park at your own risk.
If you travel by car and want to save some money - check Globus for food and goods. You can get the food "to go" there and heat in the room later.
Hint: You can get the cups in Globus - to the right from the Self-service checkout. Or visit the G.Benedikt - FACTORY OUTLET.
Pillows. I did not like the pillows. Everything was great but the pillows were not.
